After a Long Week at the Office, We Head to the Beach

Working hard at the office - after-gym photos to inspire
the launch of PC/Samoa's Wellness 2013 Challenge
The hardworking fitness team
Seriously hard workers .

Exhausted after our long week, we head to the other
side of the island for a little beach time.

The road down to Matareva Beach.

Matareva - the first cove.  By the way, this beach is where
Survivor Samoa was filmed.  No sign of Jeff Probst on this trip though.

Low tide and lava rocks.

Matareva

Pools for swimming amidst the lava fields.

Crystal clear.

Lovely for a swim.

Swimming back.

Tired and happy after a long day ...
